         One person sees a dream in his early youth of starting his own company. He starts working towards the dream and as time goes by, the dream which was restricted to one person only gets bigger. Now the motto becomes service to the people of India in all possible ways to make India self reliant and Rise with Dignity. Hence the name SWAAVALAMBAN. This one person is joined by two more with similar dream and mindsets. As these three came together the company is registered and three became founders and first directors of the company.

Vision:

         SWAAVALAMBAN looks to serve people in all possible fields in all possible ways, to be a diversified group. However, to be diversified there has to be beginning of one step- one business; so we have chosen Real Estate and Construction as our first venture. In future we will keep adding more businesses to our portfolio joining hands with like minded. Let us Rise with Dignity. Let us Rise with SWAAVALAMBAN.

The Company : Swaavalamban Estates Pvt. Ltd.

The company which is a subsidiary of Swaavalamban Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is based in Nagpur and was incorporated in January 2012 keeping in view location and scope for development in Nagpur. The city is very close to heart of founders, so we decided to start in Nagpur. The company has set an aggressive target to grow ten times in five years. We are making good progress and are likely to reach the goal well in advance. Since incorporation we have acquired enough land bank to keep us busy for at least ten years. We are ahead but we are not stopping because even sky is not a limit to us. We believe in values strongly and assure everyone that all properties developed by us are genuine and sanctioned by proper authorities. We do not deal in undeveloped property except for agricultural land so that our clients can have calm sleep.

Abhay Harane

Always thought of himself as born to be an Entrepreneur. Abhay is first generation Entrepreneur. He has learnt business the hard way in real world for eight years before joining hands with other two founders. He is at his best while making strategies and managing resources to optimum level. Abhay graduated as an engineer from Visvesvaraya Regional Engineering College, Nagpur ( Now VNIT, Nagpur) in 2002. Then completed Entrepreneurship Development Program – a certificate course from Symbiosis, Pune. Then he started a proprietary firm in 2004 and worked for many projects through it. Abhay is Managing Director of the company and his main job is to develop Swaavalamban as a diversified group joining hands with new entrepreneurs and businesspersons expanding the group in new fields.

Pankaj Raut

Second generation entrepreneur, very passionate person; Pankaj is a commerce graduate and MBA from Nagpur. He was bitten by entrepreneurial bug in early youth, so always dreamed to start his own company in the field of real estate and construction. Since childhood he has seen ups and downs of the business and over last three years he has been very active in taking forward his expertise in this field. In Swaavalamban his main job is to take forward aggressively real estate and construction wing - Swaavalamban Estates Pvt Ltd to new levels. He makes sure that all plans on papers are realised practically in real world almost perfectly. He is one of the three founders and first directors of the company.

Poonam Harane

A Vibrant, jolly and absolute friendly person. Poonam graduated from Pune University in Science and then completed post graduation in Organic Chemistry. Though she has worked for a chemical company, she always knew that she cannot work under other. She wishes to serve society in uplifting it. She is a visionary and has great business ideas in her field of science which are part of future plans of Swaavalamban. Poonam is the creator of the team Swaavalamban and real binding force of the team. She is the one who brought the team together. Her main job in Swaavalamban is to keep the bonding of the team, employees and partners intact. She also looks after the social media activities of Swaavalamban. She is one of the three founders and first directors of the company.
